Post Op recovery manual lymph drainage-This treatment is specifically for clients who have undergone plastic/cosmetic surgery (liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL, breast augmentation).
This is a gentle massage technique designed based on the Vodder method to promote faster healing and recovery after surgery. It's particularly helpful in removing fluid buildup and waste from the surgical site. The massage helps reduce pain and promote tissue healing, which can improve the skin texture and may improve final results.

Postpartum Recovery- Whether you’re weeks or months into motherhood, this is time set aside just for you. You’ve done enough — let us help you rest. Postpartum massage is designed to help you recover, restore and recharge after childbirth. ***Sessions available starting as soon as you feel comfortable for (vaginal) delivery and or 4–8 weeks (C-section, with clearance).

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)- a gentle manual technique to move lymph fluid along and help drain the tissues and reduce swelling.
